Keoo AI is a platform that helps creators, marketers, and digital professionals generate high-quality media using artificial intelligence. Users can create videos, images, voiceovers, and animations, all with AI-powered tools.
Details
The platform offers a wide range of AI tools, each with its own flow and use case. The biggest challenge was to design a system that could handle this complexity without overwhelming the user.
Additionally, since AI generation involves processing time and credits, the UI needed to handle feedback states (loading, success, fail), usage tracking, and edge cases gracefully all while maintaining a clean, creative-friendly interface.
I started by mapping out the entire user journey from account creation to generating content and managing subscriptions. I worked closely with the founders to understand business priorities, technical constraints, and feature logic.
Wireframes and flow diagrams were created in FigJam to clarify logic before visual design. Once flows were locked, I moved into high-fidelity UI design in Figma building components, interaction states, and scalable layouts for both mobile and web.
Impact
The final design gave Keoo AI a flexible, user-centered product foundation ready for development. Complex AI features were made approachable, the interface was lightweight and clear, and the system could scale as more tools and users were added.
The client approved the full product with no major revisions and passed it directly to dev with minimal adjustments.
Reflection
This project pushed me to think deeply about information architecture, usability, and visual clarity in a product with technical depth. I focused on helping users feel empowered, not overwhelmed — even when working with complex AI features.
